To ensure that your package is properly delivered and received within the time frame advertised, please make sure to enter the following when placing an order:

Correct Size, Correct Name & Address (including Apt/Suite #)Correct Email, Proper Punctuation

Shipping
Please allow up to 5-7 business days(NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS) for your order to be processed and you will be provided with shipping via email or contact customer provided. In most cases, items will ship within 3-5 days from the date the order was placed, however there may be times when order volumes can be higher than expected especially during COVID-19 and Holidays.

Return Policy/NO EXCHANGE/NO RETURN

Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However we want to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of our products. Due to this reason all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
BBRX checks all orders before they’re sent out.

LOST/STOLEN/NOT RECEIVED ITEMS:
Once your package has been shipped a valid tracking number will be provided to you via email. For if ANY reason your package does not make it or is stolen/ lost in U.S mail, BBRX is not responsible.
Once a package shows that it has been scanned into the system, they are responsible for your package. All orders include $50.00 insurance at no additional cost. If your order is valued at more then $50.00 and you would like to increase the insurance amount please contact us via email. Increasing package insurance will be an additional cost.
