LOST/STOLEN/NOT RECEIVED ITEMS:

Once your package has been shipped a valid tracking number will be provided to you via email. For if ANY reason your package does not make it or is stolen/ lost in U.S mail, BBRX is not responsible.
Once a package shows that it has been scanned into the system, they are responsible for your package. All orders include $50.00 insurance at no additional cost. If your order is valued at more then $50.00 and you would like to increase the insurance amount please contact us via email. Increasing package insurance will be an additional cost.
